The role will focus on the delivery of a wide range of tax advisory work to entrepreneurs. This work would involve supporting business owners, from a personal and corporate perspective, from incorporation through to a life post-exit. The role would involve working directly for tax partners and directors, but you would be encouraged to build your own relationships with both clients and other internal non-tax partners and to work collaboratively with other colleagues in London and regional offices and to work closely with the Corporate Finance team.

The responsibilities
1. Advising companies on structuring their funding rounds to meet the requirements of Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS).
2. Working with client management teams to design and implement employee incentive schemes to retain key employees.
3. Advising client management teams and shareholders on business disposals and acquisitions.
4. Review of share purchase agreements, tax covenants and tax disclosure letters in connection with business acquisitions and disposals.
