Responsible for the Data Quality of the Commercial team, supporting the sales organisation to achieve business objectives (Order Intake volume, CM on order intake, Down-Payment collected on orders among others). Impacts the team's ability to achieve goals within operating budgets and guidelines with close coordination with finance & marketing functions.. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.,
* As the custodian of the Salesforce data quality in the Region, he/she is responsible for data quality in Sales Force through cleaning and maintaining data and setting up data quality dashboards. As such, the successful candidate is entitled and empowered to interact with any other members of the Commercial and Tendering Team.
* Develops and maintains a suite of Salesforce Dashboards and Reports to support the sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage.
* Develops and maintains a suite of Salesforce Dashboards and Reports to allow the Region commercial planning and forecasting.
* Supports the Regional Commercial and Tendering Leader in the preparation of the monthly Commercial (Monthly Commercial Review) and Operational (Monthly Operating Review) rhythm.
* Supports and participate into the Budget, Long Term Strategy Plan setting or any other marketing plan, through providing business insights and ensuring information package delivery.
* Performs any ad-hoc business analysis as required.
* Participates to the various business reviews and especially supports the Regional Commercial and Tendering Leader during the "Monthly Regional Commercial Meeting".
* Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
* Comply with Quality Procedures, work instructions and Processes. Report or resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner.
* Demonstrate EHS leadership.
* He/she is accountable to comply with and enforce compliance within the GSI Tendering Team in NSE of the GE Code of Ethics and EHS.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
* This role requires significant experience in the Sales Operations tools and processes
