Requirements
Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing communications teams within a public sector or politically sensitive environment.
Strategic Planning: Demonstrated ability to design and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational objectives and address the needs of diverse stakeholders.
Innovation in Communications: Evidence of innovation in designing and delivering communications, with a track record of introducing creative and impactful solutions to complex challenges.
Political Acumen: Strong understanding of working within a political landscape, including navigating relationships with elected officials, stakeholders, and the public.
AI and Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including AI, and their application in modern communication practices to improve efficiency and engagement.
