A growing housing developer that specializes in social housing projects is expanding their team due to new projects commencing. They are offering progression to Contracts Manager within 2 years.
Job Duties:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
2. Manage subcontractors, ensuring work is carried out to high standards
3. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
4. Implement health and safety regulations on site
5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
6. Report progress to senior management
Required Qualifications:
1. SMSTS certification
2. CSCS card
3. First Aid certification
4. Valid Driving Licence
Knowledge and Skills:
1. Strong understanding of new build housing projects
2. Excellent leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Proficient in project management software
Working Conditions: Work primarily on construction sites, may require travel to different locations. Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
