Pay Rate: £11.85 Basic Hours & £17.78 for all hours over 45 Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm or 7am - 5pm (1 hour break - unpaid) As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the correct work instructions are adhered to. Ensure the materials are supplied to the production lines in full and on time. Ensure the correct materials are used all the time according to the required recipe. Paying particular attention to the quality of the products used. Reporting all non-conformities to the Supervisor. Handling raw materials - cutting, slicing, shredding. Cleaning machinery and equipment. Ensure that correct GMP standards are maintained in the working environment. General housekeeping. We are looking for a Production Operative who has the following skills and experience: Experience working in a food environment is welcome (chilled environment), but not essential. Appropriate training will be conducted. Candidate must be flexible and hard-working, prepared to carry out manual handling. Good attention to detail is required.
