A field sales key accounts role promoting an award-winning range of roof windows and rooflights across Southern England. Account managing and developing the relationship with an established portfolio of regional house builders, whilst equally looking to win new ones.
Package: Circa £45k basic with a £9k bonus scheme. Hybrid company car, laptop, mobile, enhanced pension, employee assistance programme, employee discount scheme and a health plan.

THE ROLE - Key Account Executive:
1. You will be promoting an award-winning range of roof windows and rooflights.
2. Inheriting 70 regional house builder accounts to manage and develop.
3. Tracking each new development and influencing design to incorporate your windows.
4. Prospecting and identifying new regional house builder accounts to win.
5. All accounts won will be retained and managed by yourself.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Key Account Executive:
1. Most importantly, you will have field sales experience from the construction industry and building materials sector.
2. Applicants with experience of selling into regional house builders or local developers will be readily received.
3. You will be as comfortable account managing and developing existing relationships as you are prospecting and winning new business.
4. You should be proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
