The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Property Management company based in Belfast. They are now seeking a Helpdesk Administrator.
The Right role:
* Helpdesk Support:
o Act as the first point of contact for incoming communication related to property maintenance issues.
o Log, prioritize, and assign maintenance requests to appropriate contractors or team members.
o Monitor open tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow up with clients and contractors as needed.
* Coordination and Communication:
o Liaise with property managers, residents, contractors, and suppliers to arrange maintenance works.
o Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to provide updates on ongoing issues.
* Administrative Duties:
o Manage and update the property management system, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
o Generate reports and track KPIs related to maintenance and service levels.
o Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and contract management.
* Customer Service:
o Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
o Handle complaints or escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
The Right Fit:
* Essential:
o Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or administrative role.
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
o High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Desirable:
o Experience in property management or a similar industry.
o Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Qube, MRI, or similar).
