Job Description
HRExec are a Global Recruitment Specialist seeking key talent for a highly entrepreneurial international supply chain logistics business which has 22 offices across 11 countries on 5 continents, looking to expedite the growth of their operations.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with the business internally, clients, service providers and other third parties to interpret and document business processes.
2. Design solutions to support these business requirements.
3. Assist with the evaluation and appointment of external supply chain resources.
4. Construct business cases for solutions deployment.
5. Project manage the delivery of solutions.
6. Identify internal continuous improvement initiatives, define and deploy these solutions within the business.
7. Research global supply chain and technology trends to feed into systems strategy development for the group.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Applicable tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics or engineering.
2. Approximately 10 years’ experience in a supply chain solutions environment, with specific experience in: process analysis and design; project management; supply chain network design; forecasting and demand planning.
3. Thorough understanding of integrated international supply chains.
4. Functional understanding of logistics systems and data.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
6. Ability to design creative solutions to meet the client's business and technical needs.
