Group Technology Services Engineering Graduate
We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineering Graduate to join our team as we transition to a new operating model in 2025. In this exciting role, you will assist with the safe introduction of systems that incorporate AI, ensuring that we leverage cutting-edge technologies effectively. You’ll collaborate with support and change teams within GTS to add significant value to our initiatives. You'll also have the opportunity to rotate between various Engineering teams, helping you discover the perfect "home" for your career post-scheme. Additionally, you will explore the new and exciting functionalities enabled by our shift to Microsoft 365. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your engineering career in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and growth!
Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by dedicated Academy mentors, as well as Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

What we are looking for
* Graduated in 2024 or are due to complete in 2025;
* Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree in a technology related subject;
* An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
* Good analytical and problem solving skills;
* Good communication and written communication skills;
* Experience of modern languages not directly used in the software itself e.g. Terraform, Powershell, MS Power Platform or 365;
* Comfortable with presenting and building relationships.
