We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Interim Clinical Recruiter to join the team at 18 Week Support As an Interim Clinical Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for new clinicians looking to join our workforce. You will guide them through the recruitment and approval process and collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Workforce Management Teams to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment journey. In this role, you will build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals interested in partnering with 18 Week Support. You will deliver a top-notch candidate experience by initiating contact, providing exceptional support, and ensuring an extraordinary recruitment journey. Responsibilities as an Interim Clinical Recruiter include: Coordinating with the Workforce Management and Commercial teams to understand organisational needs and candidate selection criteria. Using various sourcing techniques to identify and recruit applicants through multiple channels. Implementing and managing local marketing campaigns via social media and advertising platforms to attract in-demand talent. Developing strong relationships with candidates and overseeing the entire recruitment and approval process. Collaborating with the compliance team to ensure candidates successfully complete their onboarding journey Manage stakeholder relationships effectively. What we are looking for A minimum of two years of recruitment experience, preferably within Health, Education or Public Sector. Experience in delivering high volume contingent recruitment. Exceptional headhunting skills. Strong Recruitment sales background. Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships. Salary £26,000 -£30,000k depending on experience bonus 18 Week Support offers a hybrid working model.
