We're looking for a Senior Industrial Hygienist to join this industry-leading company. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with UK regulations on chemical, biological, and physical hazards across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for developing exposure monitoring plans, verifying containment measures, and leading health & safety initiatives in a high-hazard environment.

Responsibilities of the Senior Industrial Hygienist will include:
Strategically developing and overseeing industrial hygiene programs, including air sampling, exposure monitoring, and containment validation, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
Leading and directing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for dust, solvent exposure, noise, and ergonomics, providing expert guidance on mitigation strategies.
Ensuring and driving compliance with UK regulations, including COSHH and API handling, while managing ChemDoc systems and overseeing PPE programs.
Influencing and collaborating with senior EHS, production, and engineering leaders to embed industrial hygiene excellence across operations.
Shaping and implementing high-impact safety training initiatives and occupational health protocols to enhance workplace health and safety culture.What We're Looking For:
Degree in Science/Occupational Hygiene and BOHS Licentiate/Chartered Membership.
Experience in industrial hygiene within pharmaceutical, chemical, or manufacturing environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret monitoring data and regulatory requirements.
