As our Customer / Client Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in developing client relationships and creating high-quality proposals that showcase +Impact's innovative solutions. This hybrid role also offers the chance to support the broader growth and development of our advisory practice.

What you'll do:
* Business Development: Identify opportunities and engage target clients across public and private sectors and participate in client meetings and foster long-term relationships.
* Proposal Development: Lead the creation of compelling, tailored proposals, tenders, and sales materials. Develop content that aligns with client needs, ensuring clarity and professional presentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality submissions.
* Practice Building: Contribute to the development of +Impact's service offerings and value propositions. Support the creation of standardised templates, presentations, and content libraries.
* Client Solutions and Delivery: Assist in designing strategies and solutions for client challenges. Collaborate with operational teams to align proposals with delivery capabilities.
* Generalist Support: Provide broader operational and project management support during the startup phase.
What you'll need:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Significant experience in a consulting, advisory services, or proposal writing roles.
* Proven ability to create client-facing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
* Exceptional written communication and document design skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and proposal development software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to translate complex ideas into clear narratives.
* Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
