You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles, with a Counterbalance license being essential (B2). You will need to have worked within a fast-paced warehousing/distribution environment previously.
You will be required to operate MHE equipment with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety at all times.
Key Accountabilities
1. Operating powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials.
2. Order picking.
3. Organising orders for distribution and moving them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities.
4. Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.
5. Examining and reporting on products to verify conformance to quality standards.
6. Running and overseeing Krones/ACMI Robots.
7. Responsible for completing all procedural paperwork.
8. Keeping the warehouse, working areas, and grounds clean and tidy at all times.
9. Supporting stock checks and maintaining stock accuracy.
10. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
11. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
Ideally candidates will have:
1. Warehousing/distribution NVQ or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
3. Reach & Counterbalance licenses.
4. Experience of working in demanding environments.
5. Bulk stacking and drive-in racking experience.
