Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Creative Designer to join the TikTok LIVE design team in our office in London. In this role, you will work closely with a diverse team of operation managers and designers worldwide to enhance TikTok LIVE's visual and operational impact in the EU region.
1. Collaborate with the central design team to create, define, and maintain a comprehensive style guide for TikTok LIVE in the EU.
2. Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual design assets for EU TikTok LIVE, predominantly illustrations (3D and 2D), promotion campaigns, LIVE stickers, physical swag, email templates, LIVE creator education materials, and new product feature launch materials.
3. Work closely with local operation teams and design teams around the world to align strategies, generate design concepts, and create high-quality visual assets.
4. Develop innovative design strategies and concepts that enhance user engagement while thoughtfully addressing and incorporating the cultural nuances and preferences of diverse audiences across different countries.
5. Conduct research and analysis on design trends, latest design tools and techniques and user preferences to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and audience-appropriate designs.
6. Oversee the end-to-end design workflow, ensuring timely delivery of assets while maintaining high-quality standards.
7. Proof-check and review your work rigorously to ensure accuracy, with a strong focus on details.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Experience creating illustrations and (3D and 2D)
3. Understanding creative, design, and product operation processes. Has proof of successful cases on operation design project in portfolio
4. 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
5. Highly creative, organized, and able to work independently with little direction; ability to multitask
6. Great communication skills and a collaborative team player in a cross-cultural and cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing
2. Able to use AI generative tools
3. Experience in creating brand guidelines, visual identities and/or toolkits
4. Experience and enthusiasm in the live industry, familiar with TikTok
5. Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast changing-environment
