We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Management Assistant at Pinnacle Property Management, a leading Residential Leasehold Property Management company. In this role, you will assist property managers in the day-to-day management of leasehold properties.
Main Responsibilities
* Property Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Resident Communication: Respond to enquiries and maintain positive relations with residents.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing lease agreements, invoices, and notices.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, payments, and communications.
* Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections and document findings.
* Financial Management: Assist in preparing budgets, financial reports, and expense reconciliations.
* Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
* Previous Experience: Previous experience in property management, real estate administration, or a related field is advantageous.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage property-related tasks efficiently.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, property managers, and contractors.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations.
