Coastline has a new and exciting opportunity to join our fantastic Services team as a NICEIC Qualified Electrical Supervisor to carry out Electrical installation and maintenance work on Coastline properties and estates throughout Cornwall.
This is a varied role which will include:
Visiting our properties and customers homes, ensuring that electrical works are carried out to current regulations in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Ensuring results of the verification process are accurately recorded on the appropriate certificates or inspection report.
Supervising other members of the electrical team to ensure they are competent, offering support and tutoring where needed.
Maintaining the NICEIC registration, including overseeing the annual NICEIC assessment.
Specifically we are looking for someone who:
Holds either City & Guilds 2330 Level 3, 2351 Levels 2 & 3 or 2360 parts 1 & 2, holds City & Guilds 2382-12 18th Edition & holds City & Guilds 2391/2 Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) qualifications.
Has experience in electrical installation within social housing domestic & commercial and working with the public.
Has experience of fault finding and repairs.
Is experienced in electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR).
Is able to complete task specific risk assessments and method statements and solve problems independently.
Has the ability to complete task specific risk assessments and method statements.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
A great communicator, who is able to work flexibly either independently or as part of a team.
Has a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic DBS check
