This nationally important organisation is looking to hire a Project Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term basis, with the potential for extension.Responsibilities: Resource and Budget Planning: Provide regular progress reports to the Programme/Project Board. This will involve budget management and reporting at the appropriate level of delegation. Project Development and Monitoring: Develop plans and monitor progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective actions as appropriate. Initiate extra activities where gaps in the project are identified. Ensure the management of project controls (risk, issue, and dependencies). Quality and Timeliness: Ensure new objectives, products, or services from the project are of the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget in accordance with the Project Plan. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications: Proven experience in project coordination or management. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
