FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accountant based in Dyce, Aberdeen. This is a permanent, full time position, based in office. Main duties include: • Checking and control of postings made in the various modules of SAP (Raw materials, Production, Finished stock, Despatch, Purchasing and Sales), ensuring accurate recording of data • Review of Work orders to check correct details & paperwork attached before invoicing i.e. PO Hard Copy, Project numbers match • Analysis of cost, job costing and related reports for the entity. • Preparation of weekly Job costing report and identifying gaps along with reasons • Preparation of Weekly Sales dashboard – Capturing sales details, orders, invoices, quotations • Preparation of monthly MIS reports – Management accounts • Preparation and reconciliation of VAT figures for the company return. • Monthly Cost Saving Reports for customer stock utilised. • Preparing the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget. • Regularly provide information to senior management pertinent to measuring business performance • Provide cover for the Accounts Assistants & Supervisor as required, specifically this will include data entry during busy period or to clear any backlog. • Coordinating Audits at quarter and year end. Suitable candidates should have the following: • Demonstrable experience in a similar role • Strong Budgeting experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SAP Get in touch for more information.
