Here at XPO, were looking for a Transport Compliance Operator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis for our customer contract based in Crick. As a Transport Compliance Operator youll be supporting in delivering day to day transport operation tasks.Shift times for this role are Monday-Friday 2pm - 11pm Pay, benefits and more: Were looking topay up to £30,000 per annum.In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What youll do on a typical day: Support the Operations Manager with all aspects of QHSE and Transport Compliance Ensure that Drivers Notice Board and Transport Compliance Board is kept up to date. Print safety alerts, briefings and toolbox talks as soon as practicable when provided by the RQHSE or Transport Compliance team. Ensure that the Operations Manager is suitably prepared for all QHSE and Transport Compliance audits / meetings. Schedule vehicle repair and maintenance Schedule driver training Coordinate Driver CPC Fully Debrief XPO drivers at end of their shift and close their manifests Ensure that Tachomaster is kept up to date. Ensure that drivers tachograph cards are downloaded at the end of the shift and generate infringement reports Ensure that all XPO vehicles on site are downloaded at least once a week. Generate monthly speeding infringement reports Regularly check and update DCRS system where required Complete and submit RTI paperwork Ensure that all vehicle / trailer / training files are kept accurate and up to date. Ensure that Axscend is kept accurate and up to date. Ensure that Evotix is kept accurate and up to date. Review all driver PCNs Implement and maintain FORS for Daikin Daventry Holiday Cover/Peak Periods Support the Traffic Planner where required during busy periods.
