We are seeking an experienced and dedicated People Partner to partner with our Customer Division and collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO). In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in HR to develop and implement people strategies that align with our organisational goals, driving engagement and leadership development. You will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to address a dynamic agenda and ensure the successful delivery of our people initiatives throughout 2025. Strategic People Planning: - Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and shape a comprehensive Divisional People Plan. - Identify and design solutions that align current organisational structures and operating models with the future needs of a growth-oriented business. - Utilise insights from our employee opinion survey, to prioritise activities that enhance engagement and ensure clear leadership accountability. - Identify and facilitate development opportunities for colleagues as part of the talent mapping process, ensuring alignment with operational needs. - Lead conversations and actions surrounding succession planning, identifying risk areas and creating effective mitigation plans. Projects: - Lead impactful company-wide and divisional projects by scoping key stakeholders, milestones, and principles. - Prioritise projects in alignment with broader organisational changes and initiatives. - Leverage data and statistics to craft compelling narratives around the initiatives you are driving. Developing Relationships: - Collaborate effectively with the Centre of Excellence team on Reward, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Internal Communications, acting as a thought partner to ensure that initiatives are purposeful and valuable. - Build trusted relationships with Chiefs, Senior VPs, and VPs, fostering a collaborative approach to people strategies. Data & KPIs: - Develop comprehensive data sets and translate detailed insights into understandable metrics that support division-wide improvement efforts. - HR experience within the UK, demonstrating a solid understanding of people management practises. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of individuals. - A self-starter attitude with a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team environment. - Excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to prioritise workload effectively.
