This is an exciting opportunity for the successful Account Executive to work for a food manufacturer who have been established over 50 years and have gained themselves a reputation for excellence. Due to a steady increase in orders and new customers, they are now looking to recruit and bolster their Accounts & Customer Service teams where duties will include:
1. Processing sales orders
2. Liaising with other teams where required
3. Arranging EU deliveries including commercial invoices
4. Taking incoming customer calls (overflow)
5. Tracking deliveries
6. Posting cash
7. Posting invoices
8. Managing aged debtors
9. Credit Control
10. Managing courier claims & related complaints
11. Processing refunds/credit notes/returns/collections
12. General administration
13. Reporting
It is expected that the successful Account Executive will have experience of working in a sales, customer service, or credit control role previously and be:
1. Proficient in creating and utilizing spreadsheets
2. Strong numeracy and literacy skills
3. Experience with accounting software
4. Flexible and adaptable
5. Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
6. Organized
7. Possessing a problem-solving mindset
8. Able to work independently
