The Role
As Franchise Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in expanding our customer base, enhancing brand presence, and building strategic relationships across Northern Ireland. This is a high-impact role focused on identifying and onboarding new franchise opportunities within the Toyota network, while also strengthening existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a local franchise sales strategy in line with Toyota and group objectives.
* Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects into franchise partners.
* Deliver persuasive presentations and communicate the Toyota brand values and benefits.
* Manage the franchise sales process from initial enquiry through to onboarding and handover.
* Work closely with internal teams and Toyota UK to ensure compliance with brand standards and business goals.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform franchise development strategy.
* Represent Belfast Toyota at networking events, expos, and industry functions.
About You
We’re looking for someone passionate about automotive, brand growth, and relationship building. You’ll be a strong communicator, commercially savvy, and eager to contribute to one of the most iconic names in motoring.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or automotive sales leadership.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-first approach.
* A proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously.
* Knowledge of the automotive sector and Toyota’s brand ethos (preferred).
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A full, valid UK driving licence.
