Title: Administrator
Type: Temporary (2-3 months)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Location: Inverness
Salary: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour
Details:
Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time role requiring an immediate start and duties include:
Scheduling diary appointments for site based staff.
Dealing with enquiries from customers, logging jobs and processing orders.
Updating and maintaining accurate customer information in line with data regulations.
Assisting with the production of weekly and monthly management reports.
Compiling a report of activities on a two-week basis.
Updating excel spreadsheets.
Day to day reception duties, answering calls from main switchboard.
Taking messages and delegating calls to the appropriate department.
Issuing and retrieving visitor passes and updating the visitor log.
Assist with invoicing.
Person Specification
Previous admin/customer service experience.
Ability to prioritise and manage a busy and varied workload.
Strong customer service skills in person and by telephone.
Proficient IT skills with ability to use various computer packages including Excel and Word.
