Aftersales Advisor
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £24,040 pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Contract: Permanent from day one
Do you have a passion for customer service? Can you go the extra mile to meet customer needs? Look no further! We are working with one of the country's market leaders in automotive sales in the used car market, and they are looking for an Aftersales Advisor.
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven, handling anything from servicing to general inquiries. You will be on hand to ensure all communication is handled from start to finish.
General Responsibilities:
* Deal with customer inquiries such as servicing and repairs.
* Handle communications with warranty companies and repair agents effectively.
* Manage all customer inquiries.
* Conduct inbound and outbound calls.
* Handle complaints.
* Ensure all customer expectations are met.
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 1 year of Customer Service or Aftersales experience.
* Motor trade experience is desirable; however, training will be given.
* Great communication and administration skills.
