A dynamic law firm experiencing consistent growth especially within their Employment team is seeking a new Employment Solicitor to join them. The firm offers a fantastic hybrid working policy if ONE DAY A WEEK office based, the rest from home, following training.

This Employment team has five solicitors and over 360 clients on their retainer service across a wide range of sectors, they offer the team a challenging and rewarding work environment.
The role:
Our client is now looking for an Employment Solicitor to join them in providing high quality employment law advice to a diverse portfolio of clients handling both contentious and non contentious work.
The person:
* To be considered for this Employment Solicitor role you must have at least 3 years PQE with the ability to hit the ground running on a range of matters whilst maintaining a proactive approach to client management, ensuring all advice is commercially focused and practical.
* You must also be able to contribute to business development to ensure their client base keeps growing.
* They are open to more experienced candidates where thy will pay a higher salary although that would require some sort of following
