The role involves evidence gathering, undertaking criminal and misconduct interviews and detailed report writing in order to present your findings for proportionate outcomes. You will take statements and pursue lines of enquiry including CCTV reviews, forensic examinations and interrogation of digital media. At the conclusion of any investigation will be a factual report to present the case facts and findings. There will be opportunities to highlight areas for improvement in the department and positively influence organisational practice and procedure. We are looking for a motivated, organised and confident team member who can manage their own workload but also contribute to team working and collaborative goals.
