Job Summary We are seeking a versatile, creative, and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for multimedia content creation, digital campaigns, and graphic design. You will play a pivotal role in bringing marketing strategies to life by producing engaging videos, podcasts, custom imagery, and campaign assets while also managing social media, email marketing, and some website updates. In a nutshell, if we give you an idea or concept, you should be able to develop it into something tangible and run a campaign Key Responsibilities Multimedia Content Creation Produce custom visuals for campaigns, website updates, and social media using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or similar tools. Plan, storyboard, record, and edit audio/video content, including webinars, podcasts, promotional videos, and event footage. Develop graphics and visuals for event promotions, brochures, and marketing collateral. Campaign Development and Execution Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to conceptualise and execute digital campaigns aimed at lead generation, brand awareness, and thought leadership. Design and produce all required campaign materials, including videos, social media graphics, custom images, landing pages, and email templates. Monitor and optimise the performance of campaigns through analytics and A/B testing. Digital Marketing Management Oversee the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, responding to engagements, and analysing performance. Manage website updates, ensuring a seamless user experience and SEO optimisation if needed. Assist with email marketing campaigns, creating templates and tracking performance metrics. Collaboration and Innovation Work with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements for creative projects. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative solutions tailored to our target audience. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience in video editing and podcast production. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends. Familiarity with SEO, website management (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: A background in designing for events and promotional activities Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX best practices. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
