Job Title: Administration Assistant Level 1
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £25,136 - £27,398 (CLF Grade B). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract Type: Fixed Term, Term time only (plus INSET days)

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Additional role info: Working Pattern = Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day 8am to 4pm with 30-minute lunch & Friday 7 hours 8am to 3.30pm with 30-minute lunch
Under the direction of senior staff, the Administration Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the academy. They will be expected to undertake administrative tasks such as reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and some targeted admin support for specific areas such as work experience. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.
About you:
* Good literacy and numeracy competency (evidenced by GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, equivalent qualifications or experience).
* Knowledge of good practice/procedures in regard to ensuring compliance with data protection legislation (GDPR).
* Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
* Good problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
