Main Duties / Key Tasks at Newport Pagnell Medical Centre:
* Greet patients, doctors and visitors at Reception in a polite and friendly manner
* Answer the telephone promptly and courteously
* Make appointments using the computerised appointments system
* Administer the procedure for repeat prescriptions
* Open and sort all Medical Centre post, both internal and external
* Deal with general enquiries from patients and visitors in a helpful and efficient manner
* Support colleagues to maintain an efficient and friendly team atmosphere

We have two locations, one in Queens Avenue, Newport Pagnell and the other in Beaufort Drive, Willen. Our teams work across both sites.
