Key responsibilities include:
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking detailed messages when necessary
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere
* Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate and timely information about our services and amenities
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest requests and special needs are met
* Handle cash and credit transactions, accurately processing payments and maintaining a cash register
Requirements include:
* Must have your own transport due to location
* Proven experience in a hotel environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a particular focus on Word and Excel
* Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
