Tasks
What You'll Do: As a Children's Support Worker at Birchwood, you'll play a vital role in shaping the lives of the children and young people we serve. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored support, guidance, and a caring presence to children and young people facing diverse challenges. Assisting with educational activities and homework, tailored to individual needs. Organising and participating in recreational and therapeutic activities that cater to specific requirements. Actively listening to the unique concerns of each child and young person and providing guidance when needed. Collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure the best care for our residents. Creating a safe and inclusive environment that feels like home.
