We are recruiting for a Business Administrator in the Belfast City Centre Area. The rate of pay will be £13.05 per hour. The hours of work are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Your Duties Will Include: To provide clerical support within the organisation including filing and photocopying, and the processing of internal and external mail. To perform a range of business support tasks in accordance with agreed procedures including cash handling, call handling, data input and other relevant duties. To arrange meetings and take minutes and notes as appropriate. To maintain a high level of customer care and deal with internal and external customers. To use various office machinery or equipment where appropriate including binders, laminators, fax machines, photocopiers, shredders or other relevant equipment.
