We are seeking a dedicated full-time, temporary SEMH Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them access learning and develop essential life skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs during lessons and activities. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans. Encourage positive behavior and provide emotional support. Help maintain a calm and structured learning environment. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to meet the needs of students. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is desired but not essential. Ability to adapt to individual student needs. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
