Job Title: Finance Administrator
Reporting to: UK Finance Manager
Division: FTV Proclad International Limited
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient Finance Administrator to undertake a variety of finance administrative duties.
As a Financial Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the finance team. Your duties will involve supporting the finance manager and the business.
Communication is key in this role as the right person needs to be able to communicate with all levels within the business professionally and assertively. The role demands accuracy, diligence, resilience and would suit a self-motivated individual. The role involves a high volume of administration work and would suit someone looking at starting a career in the finance field.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales ledger
Invoice processing
Maintaining and updating financial records.
Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
Assist in ad-hoc finance projects.
Ensuring GDPR compliance when handling financial information.
Requirements:
Strong ability in using MS Office.
The ability to work well within a team and independently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Excellent accuracy and computer literacy skills
Previous experience in similar role is beneficial, but not required.
