About the Role
The IT Director (Infrastructure) position is Hybrid with 2-3 times a month in the London office and also UK wide sites - so a driving licence and car would also be required. Due to the urgent nature of project timescales we can only proceed with notice periods of 4 weeks or less. As IT Director (Infrastructure) you will oversee the companies IT function, covering Infrastructure and Support as well as data (including DCs) Networking, Telco and Service Desk. The IT Director (Infrastructure) will manage those functions and lead Infra, Network, Support Teams whilst also continually improving the process, tech and practices. Strong Design as well as management is essential as IT Director (Infrastructure) as is in depth infra knowledge particularly around Virtualisation, VMWare and Backup. As IT Director (Infrastructure) CCNA, CCIE or MCSE would be required. Strong Operational, Application & Service Delivery management experience is essential as IT Director (Infrastructure) as would engaging with 3rd parties and agreeing and managing SLAs. The IT Director (Infrastructure) would also provide VIP support to C level if required. Strong Microsoft stack (M365, Win 10/11, Server, Teams etc) experience and modern Cloud (Azure or AWS) is also essential as IT Director (Infrastructure) as are excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay range and compensation package
Basic Salary: £95,000 + Car + 20% Bonus + Health + Pension + Training + Kit
