A lady in her 50s living in Beverley with multiple health conditions requires 2 Support Workers for 20 hours per week between them.
Working hours/days: Monday to Friday from 10am to 2pm (with some flexibility on these times – to be discussed at interview).

Duties will include:
1. Support with personal care and dressing
2. Making drinks and snacks
3. Taking the lady out shopping and attending appointments with her
4. Domestic duties
Candidates should be reliable and preferably have experience of working in a caring role. Ideally, candidates would be a car driver with a vehicle that can fit a wheelchair. Candidates would be required to refrain from smoking during working hours.
A genuine occupational requirement for a female worker exists for this post under the Equality Act 2010 due to privacy and decency.
DBS/reference checks will be required for this post – cost to be met by the local authority.
Travel
Some travel across East Riding of Yorkshire may be required; applicants must be able to transport themselves.
