Maintenance Engineer
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £50,000
Shift: 4on/4off Days and Nights (Mechanical bias)

The business is a globally recognised food manufacturer and one of the biggest employers in West Brom with over 500 employees. They are partnered with some of the most iconic brands in the UK and have an exceptional reputation within the industry. They operate out of a fully automated state-of-the-art plant and have recently developed an in-house training programme for current and new maintenance engineers to learn electrical skills such as PLC upskilling with a new test rig. For this role, you will ideally be mechanically biased with basic electrical competence. Being able to TIG weld will be highly advantageous.

Experience Required:
1. At least 3 years experience working as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer (mechanical bias)
2. Experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment
3. Experience in welding - ideally TIG but would consider other welding experience
4. Experience with belts, chains, conveyors, pulleys, straps, gearboxes, etc. is advantageous
5. Experience working in a manufacturing environment as a maintenance engineer
