Programme Communications Lead
Salary – London Circa £95,000 / National Circa £75,000
12-month FTC
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Programme Communications Lead to take charge of shaping and delivering the communication strategy for the Nova Programme. If you have experience in communications within large-scale transformation projects and are passionate about supporting growth in both the UK and global markets, this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and enjoys engaging a variety of stakeholders.
A bit about the job:
As the Programme Communications Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and managing the Nova Programme’s communication strategy, ensuring it supports our ambitious goals to grow the GCS business. You'll work closely with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and programme workstreams to ensure that communications are aligned, consistent, and targeted to the right audiences, both within the programme and across the wider GI business. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity, offering the chance to make a significant impact on a key strategic initiative.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Proven experience leading communications for large-scale transformation programmes.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
3. Experience in stakeholder management, including senior executive-level relationships.
4. Familiarity with the GI market and/or customer service industries, ideally within the GCS/London Market.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and drive alignment across teams.
