Person Specification Acting as one of the face of the organisation at events, you will possess extraordinary people skills, a can do attitude and a great problem solver At least 5 years experience in the sector of Wedding Service Impeccable knowledge of Conference & Banqueting Operations Experience of leading a team in the delivery of 4 service standards A proven track record of managing large conferences, high profile events and weddings The Role Manage all Banquets/Events & Weddings Manage motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality of F&B services. Maintain exceptional levels of customer service Maintain a high quality product & presentation in the meeting rooms.
