Job Title: Project Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum
About the Role:
A dynamic and experienced Project Manager is sought to join the growing team in London. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the delivery of diverse and complex construction projects across multiple sectors, including industrial, logistics, data centers, hospitality, offices, automotive, and residential. This role will involve managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The company’s portfolio includes high-profile clients, including some of the world’s biggest names in technology, with projects spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the delivery of multi-disciplinary construction projects across various sectors.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare and present detailed project reports and documentation to senior leadership and clients.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations on all projects.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and clients.
* Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met according to quality and timeline expectations.
* Coordinate project teams across disciplines to ensure the effective use of resources and smooth collaboration.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, with a background in managing large-scale, high-pressure projects.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
* Experience in managing and delivering complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Knowledge of construction health and safety standards and regulations.
* A proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges.
* Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are preferred but not essential.
