We are sourcing an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager for our client who requires a real leader for their brand messaging, internal communications, and to lead their external marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large service business going through growth and expansion. To lead the brand marketing strategy allowing customers to really see the organization.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Lead and develop the Marketing Brand team, ensuring they stay happy and focused on achieving the business goals while delivering exciting, engaging, and effective marketing activity.
2. Grow the business brand, communications, and marketing channels to drive engagement and traffic to business services.
3. Develop and oversee the marketing strategy, including testing for marketing attraction, sales acquisition, consumer retention, and consumer engagement.
4. Manage and lead creative agencies to execute the business marketing campaigns.
5. Monitor the performance of the business brand through key performance indicators (KPI).
6. Support the objectives of the business brand strategy, building a culture capable of excelling and being process-oriented for a digitally-led sustainable business into the future.
Essential Skills / Experience Required:
1. Experience in a similar role in marketing, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
2. Experience with content such as press releases, SEO content, artwork, print, and digital media.
3. Experience within any or all of the following: IDM, CIM, CIPR.
4. Project management experience driving digital change in a growing business.
5. Experience working for a service business; this is not a business selling a product, we require a candidate who has experience selling a service through brand awareness.
6. Ideal (but not essential) skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and email marketing.
