Kitchen Experience Manager Location: Boundary Outlet, Colne Hours: 40 hours a week working 5 days out of 7 Salary: Up to £28,000 About Us Boundary Outlet is a leading destination for outlet shopping, offering big brands at great value. Each of our stores features an in-house café or restaurant, serving quality food and drink in a relaxed, friendly setting. We are looking for a Kitchen Experience Manager to lead the back-of-house team and help deliver a first-class dining experience for our customers. The Role As Kitchen Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant kitchen, leading by example to maintain high standards in food preparation, hygiene, and teamwork. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team to ensure smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee food preparation and service to ensure consistent quality and presentation Lead and motivate the kitchen team, managing rotas, training, and development Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety, and food hygiene (compliance with all relevant regulations) Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to minimise waste and control costs Work collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager and wider store team to drive performance and deliver great customer experiences What We’re Looking For Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager/ back of House Manager or Head Chef in a busy food operation Strong leadership and organisational skills A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen best practices A passion for quality food and a commitment to delivering high standards consistently Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and varied shift patterns The Perks : Company Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Programme Long Service Awards Store Discount Free Parking Social working hours (aligned to Retail Store opening times) Subsidised Meals Learning & Development Training
