Are you an insurance pro looking for a company that actually appreciates you? Do you enjoy talking about life insurance without making people run for the hills? Then we’ve got the perfect role for you!
Why You'll Love This Job
This is your chance to work for one of the UK's top insurance brokers (seriously, they’ve won awards and everything). They’ve even joined forces with one of the biggest global insurance groups so yes, they mean business.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be chatting with personal clients about life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and private medical insurance helping them sleep better at night knowing they’re covered. Once you’re a pro at that, you might even get to advise businesses on key person and shareholder protection insurance.
What’s in It for You?
Apart from working with a great team and flexing your insurance knowledge, you’ll get:
1. A salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
2. Monthly bonuses that’ll make payday extra sweet
3. 25 days of holiday (plus bank holidays because we know you love long weekends)
4. 5% employer pension contributions (because Future You deserves it)
5. Life insurance (so your loved ones get a financial hug if needed)
6. Income protection (so you’re covered no matter what)
7. Private health insurance (because we care about your well-being)
8. A health cash plan (free dentist and optician visits? Yes, please!)
9. App-based GP access (so you can avoid waiting rooms)
10. Discounted shopping platform (treat yourself, responsibly)
11. Professional qualifications paid for (because knowledge is power)
Who We’re Looking For
If you tick these boxes, we’d love to hear from you:
1. At least 3 years of experience giving protection advice
2. Experience working with a whole-of-market or large panel
3. Comfort in advising high-earning professionals (fancy clients, basically)
4. A strong moral compass (we like people who do the right thing)
5. A commitment to learning and development (because standing still is boring)
6. Excellent communication skills (if you can explain insurance without putting people to sleep, that’s a win)
7. A self-motivated go-getter (no micromanaging here)
