As we say, Nobody Does It Better. https://www.arcinspirations.com/ Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will work with the People & Culture team to support the department's daily operations, by executing processes across the span of the employee lifecycle, that align to the wider departmental strategy and ensure legal compliance. As well as providing ad hoc project support. You will be obsessed with ensuring that all our team members have a fantastic experience. In this role you will; Report to the People & Culture Manager Provide great service to our team members/ Line Managers by responding to any first line level queries, and escalate any more complex queries Be a subject matter expert for our People system and resolve any queries Complete HR and benefits related administration Support with the recruitment of our site-based roles Support the People & Culture Manager with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis Ensure the onboarding process is being adhered to, and issue employee contracts Issue and collate the data from new starter and exit surveys Ad hoc project support for the People & Culture team Become a subject matter expert on company HR policies, ensuring correct guidance and coaching is given to Line Managers Skills required Circa 1-2 years’ experience of working in a similar role is highly desirable Passionate about creating a fantastic experience for team members/ Line Managers Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be dynamic, organised and comfortable working in a fast paced, sometimes pressurised environment Great interpersonal skills – must be able to develop relationships with a variety of people across the business Previous experience of working in hospitality or retail is preferred Holds a CIPD qualification Excellent all-round IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel) Experience of advising and supporting colleagues and managers with first line level people queries is preferential An understanding of HR policies and practices The ability to implement and improve processes Experience processing confidential data in line with GDPR Reasons to join ARC Inspirations The ARC Way is to bring together a passionate and diverse team, offering them the chance to grow, thrive and flourish.
