A fantastic Fintech business is looking for an experienced HR Manager to cover a 12 month FTC due to Maternity.
Working for this boutique firm you will be integral to the Management of HR throughout the whole business. In a standalone role however, working closely with the CFO you will be tasked with:
* Full generalist HR Management to include:
Overseeing recruitment and onboarding
Managing employee lifecycle management
Performance management
* Managing ER
* Regulatory reporting management of employees
* Oversight of payroll and benefits
* MI Reporting (sickness, holidays,
Ideally you will have a proven track record of working within Fintech, Financial Services or Professional Services within a standalone HR leadership role.
