Digital Marketing Manager As the Digital Marketing Manager your expertise will be crucial in leading significant digital projects and shaping digital strategic frameworks across multiple brands. Location: Suffolk This is a 6-month fixed-term role with the potential to become permanent 3 Days a week in the office, 2 days WFH Salary: Circa: £50K Start Date: Immediate Day-to-day of the role: Oversee the end-to-end project management of the website Collaborate closely with internal teams, digital agencies, UX/UI designers, and content creators. Define and manage the project timeline, budget, and key milestones, keeping stakeholders informed at every stage. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the website is optimised for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness. Manage external agencies, suppliers, or freelancers involved in the project. Digital Strategic Framework Development: Develop an initial digital strategic view for the brand portfolio, identifying opportunities, challenges, and future priorities. Analyse existing digital assets, marketing channels, and customer engagement strategies to recommend improvements. Work with brand and marketing teams to align digital activities with overall business and brand objectives. Create a clear roadmap for future digital initiatives and marketing campaigns. Stakeholder Engagement & Process Optimisation: Act as the key point of contact for project progress, updates, and decision-making. Implement structured workflows and governance processes to improve efficiency and communication. Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement, ensuring best practices in digital marketing and website management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing projects in digital marketing or related fields. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, UX/UI design, and content management Excellent understanding of customer engagement and consumer behaviour. Excellent organisational and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively. Experience in managing budgets and timelines for large-scale projects.
