Our client is looking to onboard a Trainee with ambition and drive wanting to achieve success and growth within the recruitment circle. Working for one of the market-leading headhunter consultancies across accountancy and finance sectors, you'll be engaging top talent across the UK and introducing your vacancies to potential candidates.
This is an extremely rewarding role both financially and with career prospects which requires ambition, drive, and the ability to converse with all levels.
Whilst working to set KPI's engaging candidates, you will be required to use social media, calls, emails, and texts to candidates, raising awareness of your recent roles and attracting talent for their clients.
You'll undergo a second-to-none training program provided by the company Directors, supplying you with insider knowledge, tips, and tricks required to become a talented head-hunter, furthermore allowing you to develop within a business growing year by year.
With a starting salary ranging from £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, supported with an uncapped and unrivalled commission structure, your annual OTE's will be £40,000 - £50,000.

This Trainee Recruitment Headhunter role will have the following responsibilities:
1. Highlighting and contacting talent being passed over by the qualifying team to discuss current vacancies
2. Approaching talent via phone, email, text, and social media platforms
3. Building a multi-skilled talent pool allowing you to be a step ahead for future recruitment plans
4. Working in partnership with an experienced team of consultants, raising awareness and introducing talent to their clients
5. Market research will be essential to hunt for any new roles in the market
The ideal candidate for this Trainee Recruitment Headhunter vacancy will have the following attributes and exposure:
1. A previous exposure in sales would be advantageous; however, not essential
