Youth Programme Officer - Believe & Achieve
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day per week at our Stroud, Gloucestershire office location.
Compensation: £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, paid pro rata for the role's 28-35 hours per week.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Youth Programme Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing youth-focused programme initiatives that align with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging youth programme activities and workshops.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement programme strategies.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on programme participation and outcomes.

* Possess a strong background in youth work or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Environment
The role requires regular working hours, including some evening and weekend shifts, as well as occasional travel within the UK. Our office is located in Stroud, Gloucestershire, and we offer flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.
