Key Responsibilities
Main Purpose of Job: Lead the marketing strategy of Immunocore’s marketed products and serve as subject matter expert in digital marketing to support the brands. Be part of the EUR marketing and cross-functional team.
1. Key member of the EUR commercial team; work with the cross-functional team to develop, create and lead executional tactics being strategic around the used marketing mix.
2. Execute tactics that are in line with the needs of the market, HCO or HCP and maximise the adoption of the brand.
3. Measure tactical implementation with appropriate KPIs.
4. Develop the strategy of end-to-end ecosystem within the priority markets.
5. Work with the entire cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing materials and activities are approved to the applicable European regulatory, legal and Code requirements.
6. Communicate key strategies and messages to sales organisation and market access team.
7. Facilitate learning objective creation, workshops, and marketing materials for national field team meetings.
8. Gather timely feedback on marketing programs/tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program development opportunities or message refinement.
9. Manage EU marketing budgets, ensure tracking to monthly/quarterly/annual budget.
10. Coordinate annual commercial planning and budgeting process. Present to leadership.
11. Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely creation and processing of external contracts, scopes of work, and purchase orders.
12. Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines. Support other ad hoc projects that arise with evolving brand needs and changing market dynamics.
Person Specification
1. Previous experience in oncology.
2. Experience having worked with an EUR affiliate in sales or marketing roles.
3. Prior sales representative or sales management experience (not essential).
4. Experience with brand lifecycle planning.
5. 5-7 years of pharmaceutical (or relevant) marketing experience or combination of marketing and related business area.
6. Experience with Veeva Vault or related promotional/regulatory approval platforms/processes.
7. EU pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare experience.

1. Experience of working within the ABPI and EFPIA code of practices.
2. Strong working knowledge of all aspects of brand marketing to include positioning, branding, campaign development and channel mix strategies.
3. Know-how on segmented marketing.
4. Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem in EUR.
5. Ability to multi-task across several projects under tight deadlines.
6. Strong customer orientation and focus.
7. Financial acumen and analytical skills to effectively interpret and utilise quantitative and qualitative data to shape strategies and tactics.
8. Embraces change, embodies a continuous improvement mindset, and exemplifies agile principles in day-to-day activities.
9. Strong English written and verbal skills - you should be a persuasive, engaging, and clinically credible when presenting and working with both internal and external customers.
10. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs and Compliance.
11. Proactive, results-oriented, self-starter motivated by a challenge.
12. Proven problem-solving and agency management skills.
13. Embodies a continuous improvement mindset, excels in ambiguity, and exemplifies agility in day-to-day activities. Able to see and make connections between different initiatives to improve marketing implementation.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, marketing, communication, or related business area.
