Warwick Castle are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Staff Member to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to our vibrant and exciting atmosphere. After an action-packed day, our guests retire to the Knights Village Hotel and Lodges, and are welcomed with our fun-loving personalities, as we focus on creating a truly memorable dining and evening experience. The hourly rates for this permanent role are £11.44 (21), £8.60 (18-20), paid fortnightly. The hours of work are: 8 hour shifts between 11.30am and 11.30pm with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Job Responsibilities: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and guidelines. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Monitor and maintain stock levels, restocking supplies as required. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth bar operations. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and licensing regulations. Requirements: Previous bar experience is essential, with a strong understanding of bar operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in handling cash transactions. A positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
